How to Choose a Real Estate Marketing Agency in Pakistan: 8 Questions to Ask

Eight questions builders, housing societies and property marketing companies should ask before hiring a real estate marketing agency in Pakistan.

Hiring the wrong agency costs more than its fee. It costs a launch window. Before you sign, ask these eight questions.

1. Do you specialise in real estate?

Real estate has its own rules: approvals, long decision cycles, overseas buyers, payment plans and dealer networks. An agency that also sells restaurants and clothing may not understand them.

2. How do you define a good lead?

If the answer is only “cost per lead”, be careful. Ask how they measure lead quality, site visits and bookings.

3. Who will actually work on my account?

Ask to meet the strategist and the ads manager, not only the salesperson.

4. Can you show relevant work?

Look for real estate examples, creatives and campaigns. Ask what was done, not just how it looked.

5. Do you produce content in-house?

Shoots, drone footage and editing are central to property marketing. Outsourcing every video slows things down.

6. What happens after the lead arrives?

The best agencies care about lead routing, follow-up and the CRM, because that is where sales are won or lost.

7. Who owns the ad accounts and data?

Your ad accounts, pages, pixels and leads should belong to your business. Make sure this is clear in writing.

8. What are the terms and the pricing?

Ask for clear pricing, what is included, and whether ad spend is separate. You can see our pricing here.
